Terms and Conditions of Use

These terms and conditions govern the contract concerning the sale of the products offered on the website www.oleificioolma.it (hereinafter the "Store") between Collegio Toscano degli Olivicoltori OL.MA. sac, located in Montepescali Stazione (GR) , Loc. Madonnino 3, Fisc. Code/Vat 00127960532 (hereinafter "OL.MA.") and the consumer (hereinafter "Customer").

The purchase of products implies full acceptance and without reservation to these general conditions of sale (hereinafter "General Conditions"). The General Conditions will remain valid and effective until they are modified and / or supplemented by OL.MA. Any changes and / or additions to the General Conditions will be effective with effect from the date on which they will be published on the Store and will apply to sales made from that date. The latest updated version of the General Conditions can be found in the specific section of the Store.

All products on sale have a minimum expiry guaranteed by the date of purchase of 12 months. If the expiration date is less than 12 months, it will be communicated via email during the confirmation of the order for acceptance of the same.


1 - Scope of Application


The Store provides an internet sales service for cans, bottles of oil and related products. The non-purchasable products are sold out until any new availability. It is not possible to recover a used product.
OL.MA. can accept Customer's orders within the limits of the quantities of the existing requested products. Therefore, the acceptance by OL.MA. of the purchase proposal submitted by the Customer is subject to the availability of the products themselves. OL.MA. undertakes to promptly notify the Customer of any unforeseen stock depletion due to excess demand or other causes.

3 - Terms of Payment


Available terms of payments are:

Credit Card:

When paying by credit card, you will be redirected to the Consorzio Triveneto website. Payment is secure and uses active security SSL systems. The credit card payment method allows the order to be processed faster.

Bank Transfer:

If you choose to pay by bank transfer, once you have placed your order you will receive via e-mail the coordinates of our bank to make the transfer. In order to speed up the order fulfillment you can send the accounting through the appropriate "Contact Customer Support" on the page of your account.

If the above procedure is not carried out, the order will be processed at the actual crediting of the amount due on our Current Account.

Cash on Delivery:

If you choose the payment mark (valid only for Italy), you can pay directly to the courier upon delivery of the goods. In this case a commission of € 8.00 will be charged.

Acceptance of cookies is essential for any purchase or subscription on the site.


4 – Prices


The published prices are expressed in euros, VAT included and are those available at the time of registration of the order, in case of lowering the value will not be recognized any difference on what previously paid.

OL.MA. reserves the right to change prices at any time.

Delivery costs are indicated on the Website.


5 – General Conditions Acceptance


The validation of the order by the Customer implies acceptance of the General Conditions fully and without reservation. To validate the order, the Customer must click on the 'Confirm' button. OL.MA. will send the Customer an email notification of receipt of the proposal to the e-mail address communicated by the Customer. Subsequently OL.MA. will send a summary e-mail to confirm the purchase proposal. Upon receipt by the Customer of the said email communication, the contract will be considered perfected.


6 – Shipments  


The products will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer during the purchase process, provided that the information has been entered accurately and accompanied by all the information necessary for the correct fulfillment of the delivery.

Timetables and delivery times are

- up to 5 working days for domestic deliveries with express courier shipments

OL.MA. assumes no responsibility for the failure and / or delay in delivery of goods caused by malfunction or partial postal service and / or in cases of force majeure such as natural events, strikes, traffic congestion and periods of particular peak.

If the delivered products are not in conformity with what is ordered by nature, quality or quantity, the Customer is entitled to report the defect within eight (8) days from the opening of the package.

7 - Right of Withdrawal


Sales of products via the Internet are governed by Articles 47, 48 and 64 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code). The legislation provides for the right to withdraw from contracts, guaranteeing the consumer the right to return the purchased product and obtain a refund of the entire cost incurred within 10 days of receipt of the product.

The Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal by sending a written communication to be sent by registered letter with return receipt or by telegram, telex, e-mail or fax to the following address:

Pursuant to Article 55, second paragraph, of the Consumer Code, the Customer will not be entitled to withdraw in the following cases:

 - supply of tailor-made or customized products, or which by their very nature, can not be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;

Furthermore, the right of withdrawal can not be exercised by the Customer if the product is not intact, namely:

  • in the absence of the original packaging;
  •  in the absence of integral elements of the product;
  •  for damage to the product caused by the Customer.


The right of withdrawal is reserved exclusively for consumers (natural persons who purchase the goods not for purposes related to their professional, commercial or entrepreneurial activity), therefore can not be exercised by legal persons and by natural persons acting for purposes related to the activity professionally carried out.


7.1 - Method of return following withdrawal


To return the material following the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the Customer has ten (10) days from the delivery of the product by sending the goods to:

The products must be returned appropriately protected in their original packaging, in perfect condition for resale (not worn, damaged or soiled by the customer). The costs and risks related to the return of the products are the responsibility of the sender.

Refunds will be made within 30 (thirty) days of receipt of goods by OL.MA., upon IBAN communication by the Customer. The reimbursement includes the purchase price of the products ordered and shipping costs incurred, with the exception of shipping costs for the return of the product that remain the responsibility of the customer. The refund will be made by crediting the customer's bank account.


8 - Responsibility


The products comply with the Italian legislation in force.

The photographs and texts are purely by way of example and may be different from the product or modified without notice. As a result OL.MA. can not be held responsible for any errors resulting from these images or illustrative texts.

OL.MA. can not be held responsible for violation of this contract in case of lack or unavailability of the product, force majeure, breakdowns, interruptions or total or partial strike of postal services and transport and / or telecommunications.


9 - Intellectual Property


All the information contained in the Store, all the trademarks reproduced in the Store, all the programs and / or technologies provided for in relation to the Store and, more generally, all or part of the sites themselves, are reserved and protected. 10 – Customer's obligations

This contract is subject to Italian law. The language of this contract is the Italian language. In the event of a dispute, the competent court is that of Grosseto.
