It may sound a simple slogan or some kind of advertisement alchemy but what it really rappresents is just a way to produce modern and careful thinking about the consumer who wants to know our company.

Each harvest is being treated as one by one where it is analyzed, preserved and marked with a code that will follow it until the consumer's table. Each products shows the production number. That means the company can trace the producer, harvesting period, day of milling and chemical and organoleptic qualities. In other words, it means: full traceability.
