OLIVES IN BRINE

We have selected our Leccino olives and took care and lovingly grown them. This time, however, we haven't pressed them but pickled.

The effect? A fragrant and tasty product.

The technological experience that was partially missing was bridged by asking leading industry experts.

The tradition of olives in brine is due to local cultivars used and the originality of the production process, which has remained unchanged over time.

Today Ol.MA. takes back the gestures of a centuries-old tradition that could be experienced in our traditional culinary. The pleasant slightly bitter and salty taste tickles our palate.

This olives are delicious for appetizers and hors d'oeuvres or for a uniqueness touch to the most varied recipes.

OLIVE PASTE

From the olives produced by us is obtained an excellent extra virgin olive oil, known throughout the world. Maybe not everybody knows is that from the selection of some of our leccino olives variety is also obtained a delicious and tasty paste.

It could be found in the traditional Tuscan cuisine, home cooked, and served to friends and guests of our country. Today we make it available for those who want to take home a piece of Tuscany.
