OL.MA. was born from the union of many small producers and not only deals with olives but also in with its partners.

OL.MA has a carefull product research and analysis of the incoming olives and outgoing procucts. Controls are intensified in each step of the process: from crushing to pressing and to the bottling process.

Every step is followed by expert who manage the process interweaving traditional methods and new technologies.
